Bookings are completed on partner websites. The partner is the seller; its identity, prices and terms appear before you confirm, and your contract is with it. Where travel services are booked, the partner identifies itself as a tour operator or travel agency under Law of Ukraine “On Tourism” No. 324/95-ВР, with registration and guarantee details shown.
4. Information and advertising
Content is general information and may change. Commercial placements are marked as advertising under Law of Ukraine “On Advertising” No. 270/96-ВР; pre-contract information is accurate and not misleading under Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection” No. 1023-XII.
5. User obligations and content
