1. Our role

ecolifeg.com (LLC, EDRPOU 60228124, Office 704, Business Center Horizon, 12A Antonovycha Street, Kyiv, 01033, Ukraine) is an independent travel planner and intermediary. We are not the principal organiser, carrier, hotelier or insurer for the services shown on this site unless a page expressly says otherwise.

2. Flights

Flights are provided by the operating airlines. Your carriage contract is with the airline and its fare rules apply. We do not operate aircraft or control schedules, delays, cancellations or baggage.

3. Resorts, accommodation and transfers

Accommodation and transfers are supplied by the named hotels, resort operators and licensed transfer providers. Their booking, cancellation and refund terms apply, and the supplier is identified before you confirm.

4. Insurance

Travel insurance is arranged by authorised insurers. We do not underwrite risk; policy terms, exclusions and claims are handled by the insurer named in your policy.

5. Prices and payment

Prices, availability and fees are presented accurately. Where we act as agent, payment may be collected on behalf of the supplier. Where tourist services are sold or booked, the tour operator is identified before booking under the Law of Ukraine 'On Tourism' No. 324/95-ВР.

6. Law and complaints

Our advertising and pre-contract information follow the Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Commerce' No. 675-VIII, the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 1023-XII and the Law of Ukraine 'On Advertising' No. 270/96-ВР.
