What the Coastal Family Docket includes, and what it does not.

We plan for families with children aged 2 to 12. Every resort cell we hand over carries a checked date and the note to verify before booking.

Inside the docket

  • Flight route research from your departure city, with door-to-door hours for each connection.
  • Resort comparison on five fixed cells: airport transfer minutes, kids-club minimum age, beach entry slope, pool depth range, and maximum occupancy per room.
  • Transport plan: transfer type, car-seat availability, stroller policy, and cut-off times.
  • Cost worksheet covering flights, resort stay, transfers, insurance, visa or entry costs, baggage, and resort charges.
  • A two-line verdict per shortlisted resort: Good fit if, and Skip if.

Outside the docket

  • Flights, hotels and ground transport are booked by you with the provider you choose.
  • We are not an embassy, government body, airline, hotel chain, insurer, or transport operator.
  • We do not guarantee visa approval or entry rules. Confirm those with the embassy or the airline.
  • We do not arrange insurance cover, medical advice, or on-the-ground assistance.
  • No hidden resort fees are added, and no rate is held on your behalf.

Send child ages, nights and your departure city. We return a route docket, a resort shortlist and a transfer plan, each fact stamped with the date we checked it.

    Flight options from your gateway, with visa and infant-age warnings flagged in amber before anything else moves.

    Resort comparison

    Up to five profiles carrying the five fixed cells: transfer minutes, kids-club minimum age, beach entry slope, pool depth range, maximum occupancy per room.

  3. 03

    Transport and verdicts

    Transfer type, car-seat availability and stroller policy per resort, plus a "Good fit if" and "Skip if" line for every shortlisted stay.

ecolifeg.com is an independent planning studio registered in Kyiv as an LLC, EDRPOU 60228124. We are not an embassy, government body, airline, hotel chain, insurer or transport operator. We research flight routes, compare resort facilities and assemble a written plan for families with children aged 2 to 12. Every booking contract is signed between you and the airline, hotel or transfer provider.

Mandatory costs you pay

  • Return flights, seat selection and date-change charges
  • Resort stay, local tourist taxes and charges listed in the voucher
  • Airport transfers, child seats and extra baggage
  • Travel insurance, visa or entry fees where they apply

Excluded from our planning fee

  • Anything you buy directly from the airline or hotel
  • Medical treatment, meals outside the booked board basis
  • Optional excursions, spa services and beach rentals
  • Resort fees added at check-in by the property

Verify before booking

Transfer minutes, kids-club minimum ages, beach entry slope, pool depth ranges and maximum occupancy per room are gathered from resort and operator material and dated. Confirm with the resort or airline before you pay, because schedules and facilities change between seasons.

Fees are quoted in UAH with a EUR secondary figure for reference. Advertised package prices are indicative, not a live booking rate, and carry no guarantee of availability.
